CHaRM facility is located in Bellefontaine at 407 Carter Avenue. The
Subway Restaurant is located on the corner of S. Main Street and Carter
Avenue.

The CHaRM facility and service are CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. We appreciate the hundreds of people who utilized the service between April and October and we will be back next spring. Stay tuned for service dates and any changes in the program. Thank you all for recycling and/or disposing of hard to recycle items and materials properly through this service.
2009 Dates and times of operation:
- April through June — Open
Earth Day, April 22 through the last day of June
- Wednesday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until noon
- July — Closed
- August and September — Open Aug 1 through
last day of September
- Wednesday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until noon
List if hazardous waste items accepted and disposal fees.
