Belle Center breaks ground for recycling center.

After nearly a year of preparation and work the Village Council and Recycling Committee joined with the Logan County Commissioners on April 7 to break ground to start the construction of the full-time, drop-off, recycling center. Opening is expected some time in May if the weather cooperates. Featured in photo are Mayor Teresa Johnston (blue jacket) and Rhonda Fulmer (black jacket),Councilwoman and Chair of recycling effort. Chairman of the Logan County Commissioners, John Bayliss digs in next to Mayor Johnston. This recycling center, like others in Logan County will feature free recycing along with PAYT, pay-as-you-throw, trash collection utilizing PAYT bags sold at the site through a vending machine.
